My solution:

> Open Annapurna for all like the Raven's Talon.
> Open Rock Badger for all (it looks cool, 10 turrets and never seen it)
> Restore Hegemon to more than 2k cargo. No nerfs needed, the thing created the rp that was needed: high risk mining/transporting.

So if you hate the duck (I love my ducks!), you have a choice and people also get the Hegemon back that was good as it was.
