Yes, but that trader is NOT those battleships, so you do not have a right to attack him. Technically, you'd be breaking rules, as your ID doesn't allow you to scan for cargo, demand cargo/money. So without those two reasons, rules forbid you to attack traders except in self defense or if they belong to an NPC or PC faction your hostile to..
