With civ gunned Defender you would run at 75% or on 56% with Liberty guns and it is ok as nerf because you have more guns then the unlawfuls with the same hull, i personally would use startracker. I am also not sure if Defender wont be too good considering that rhinos have extra kick as firepower compared with bloodhounds and daggers what I guess the unlawful would use. Also the idea was to use Miner ID, but it should be the same nerf.
