Alright, so here's a question... does a Police tagged/IDed or Navy Tagged/IDed character have the authority to stop ships/demand they drop contraband?

Reason is, I have an independent Navy Cruiser, which I've been using to guard Zone 21 lately, and a few people claim I have no right to be stopping anyone. They say only LSF or SA can "police".

Its not like I use the policing thing to fight or anything, most times if they cooperate and drop the cargo, I let them go on their way (if in zone 21, I send them back the way they came) The only time I've destroyed someone is when they attack, or try to run with contraband...
