Well this short story about me can very well describe and detail much about my previous job.
I am currently living in planet toulouse, I had been given birth in planet akabat, and my race is of trailing back from Ancient Earth's Egyptian race, during it's "mordern" time of the 21st century of course. I at age of 7 began receiving SC little by little for my chores for family and errands for my old neighbors and relatives on planet akabat. I started doing some real work on that planet by my employment in a little quarry mining operation at the age of 14 and I had been "home-schooled". I brought a starflier, as custom to-be-made order, well it costed 100,000 SC just for the custom order but I suppose it was worth it, I used that starflier for deliverance of necessary commodities all over planet akabat and some to Taba Border Station (where they called me "the little delivery boy" for some reason). My parents had stored a college funding for the sake of my life and education (this funding actually turned out to be very useful for me and my future), well my father being a soldier and agent of the order, and my mother as my one and only loving care taker, I told them I wanted a different future from all such common and less then common wars, and not a trader all the time! They were not that shocked or proud or to happy to hear it, they were in suspense, however soon enough they told me that they had understood what I was trying to say and my father told me, "Don't worry son, it's not my duty to make sure you live a hardened life like me, I want you to be happy, and especially not to be killed by an alien!". My mother cried a lot that day, however they cried with tears of happiness during my departure out of Planet Akabat, I was happy that none of the order pilots opinionated anything wrong about this, me leaving planet akabat matter.
I went towards bretonia and reached and landed in Tau-29's Freeport 6 were I rented a deck room for 5000 SC, I had a birthday there too, turning my age to 20. After a year, I was sitting in the bar until I started talking and gossiping with some of my new made friends, who were some of the zoners in freeport 6, the rumour of a jumphole to rousillion intrigued me, not to mention the status of the Council's purpose which I had for so long then had wished to work for, a reason why I would need to explore and find a true job rather then taking jobs to assist bounty hunters in attacking random criminals. I also met a lovely girl on-board of freeport 6 who's heart had become my heart's life-partner. I convinced her to come to the new council homeland and raise our children there, who could live a long life enclosed from the horrors of life and war and a good education.
She came along with me finally and we came to the rousillion system, past the minefields, resupplied at Battleship Pamiers and prospected the asteroids near the Tau-29 jumphole in Rousillion and found the acceptable commodity of oxygen available in the asteroids and came towards Planet Toulouse and settled there. Knowing the difficulties of breathing and oxygen in the entire system of Rousillion from first breathing in the atmosphere of planet toulouse and hearing from IMG members and on-planet council soldiers/members, I started working for the IMG and in branch where they are collection oxygen from the asteroids near the Tau-29 jumphole. I still work like that, but part-time, and now I think I should fully support and assist the council by joining them and becoming whatever use I can be to them.
