"Comrades, today the Coalition has helped fight back against the oppressive Gallic Navy and ensured for now that they will not be reaching Omega-52 any time soon.
The Gunboat Riga was dispatched to the Tau-31 system where we encountered Bretonian forces engaged with the forces of the Gallic Royal Navy. With the help of the Riga suppressing their Snub-Fighters, the Bretonians downed several ships and ate away at the enemy Snub forces.
The enemy was down to their last Valor, the Riga along with some localized Bomber support chased it down and prevented it from escaping, the Riga's turrets eating away at it's hull while the Bombers kept the shields down and took large chunks out of it.
Finally the Riga hit the enemy's power-core which caused the ship to detonate and the hull to fully collapse. The Riga than left the area and let the Bretonians finish the mopping up. We found a place to hide which allowed me time to write this report.
