I had hoped to join your organization, as I have been trampled on for the last time.

I have been working for Ageira corporation for the last five years. I have not been a high level employee or anything, just a simple programmer. My work has not really been the main focus in my life, though I do seem to have a gift for programming and....how shall we say it...finding the back doors in computer systems. While examining these back doors in our...or rather their systems, I found some very disturbing things. Bribes and corruption are the order of the day in Liberty. Bribes to get contracts. Padding the correct politicians wallet to keep laws in place that hold back the small businesses, and yet allow Ageira to keep them under their boot heel. And yet, I get the feeling that you know all this already.

As I said work has never been my true passion rather, music has. I have been in a cover band for about three years, playing some of the station bars around Liberty and dreaming of actually playing on Manhattan. Our last gig was on a Thursday night and man, what a crowd! We were there a bit late, and the next morning I was a bit groggy at work. It was then that Mr.Grubbs proceeded on a half an hour tirade about how terrible the programming department is and how our bonuses were cancelled. I just couldnt understand this because all our projects were ahead of schedule. I told him then and there that I was done with Ageira and their scheming backstabbing ways, and I jumped in my Starflier and just flew around in a rage. I am fairly certain I destroyed a couple of storage depots, though I dont even remember now who they belonged to.

I realized I could not go home and so I sought refuge on Rochester base, and it was there that I remembered something I saw at work. Some fella with a very Kusari sounding name...what was it...Yoshi or something like that, I cant remember exactly, but I do remember that he hacked into our network and left a message on all our terminals about corporate corruption and what we could do to help fight it. Then and there I decided to dedicate myself to your cause, and make it my own. With a lot of digging through databases on Rochester I found some coordinates to a remote location in Magellan. And there I signed up and was given some tests and told to report here.
