You can find here an assessment concerning the last operation i sanctionned.

A recon wing composed of the Commanders Ishikawa Hideaki and Sanada Junko headed to Tau 37 in order to gather further intel about the 'Outcasts' fleet operations in the sector, while a support force composed of two destroyers were standing in Tau 23.

They quickly met a cruiser class vessel they were able to destroy, with the help of the support group. However, several heavy units escorted by fighter class vessels showed up, and the strike force was forced to retreat to Kyushu system.

the Destroyer Ebisu was heavily damaged as it was heading back to Kusari, while the Tomaho-ku was able to retreat, yet being significantly hit.

An uneasy fight ensued, where our wings had to repel the invasion force.
The event ended with a draw, several hostiles vessels being downed while one of our officer had to eject.

The drop pod of the pilot Reiko Naomi could be recovered by the heavy unit Hyuga. Her life isn't in danger and i believe she will be able to get back to duty swiftly.

It is with regret if have to inform you seventeen lives were lost.
The data gathered during the operation is available on the admiralty secured nodes.
Lastly, no lead could be found regarding the Admiral Takahashi's fate.

I still believe we should intensify our presence in the Taus and follow any lead we could find to understand what happened a month ago.
