Jinx: patroling in SIGMA systems is absolutly clear RP. (NPCs cant do RP, they have program... program isnt RP, if they dont do something it is because they cant, no because they didnt want.... and they cant because they have no brain. Please dont compare them with players.)

KNF have own leader... if he make decision about patroling in sigmas KNF have full right patrol in sigmas.

Leader of KNF have 2 options after that.

1. contact neghbours if they have some objections about KNF presence in sigmas.
(only Rheineland and maybe little bit Liberty have right protest here)

2. dont do option 1 and risk war with them

At any rate.... this is true RP

beware... there are screenhunters waiting on your mistake... they need only 1
