KNF and Sigmas

@lee-bowman: i know - but its an argument for the presence of other players often. - i don t agree with it too much. but if we apply the "don t go where you npc are not" thingy to all ( regarding a regular base ) - then the knf should not go there ( remember the molly discussion? - no molly in NY = don t go there )



other than that - i know that they have a reason to go there. well, when its about players, who represent VIPs within the ranks of the countless NPCs, they have allways a lot more freedom. its all about how strict you want to play. some people would say that liberty police should not know / go to the places like buffalo and rochester or the badlands. some people would say that corsairs must not go to new york, cause there are no NPCs. its all about where you set your own limits.



but if its set in a rule - to have no business where your NPCs are not present, then... the knf has no business there, even if it made perfect RP sense.
