6. Respect all laws in house territory except those that concern Nomads, Wild, and alien tech and artifacts. These are a sourse of income that helps bulster our position.

Regulations...........................................Key handlers must obey Order regulation found on member card and carry Order IDs. You must withdraw if attack by house faction on their own turf. IE: Liberty, Britonia, Rhineland, and Kasari. You may not be a member of another clan to be a key handler, but other factions are welcome to help. If its not clear we are Lawful. If you have unlawfule contact you may NOT asist in piracy, unless against pirates. The only ship restriction are those defined by your ID or Clan. Divulge nothing or you will meet a sudden and unexpected death, as no one know full extent of the network. If working with contact do so in complete secracy, AT ALL COST. Shoot civilians if you have too, to chase off do not kill civs unless they represent a threat to your life.

Enemies................................................All Outcast of every kind, Nomads, Wild, pirates (except Corsairs), Bounty Hunters are just another sort of pirate.
