Well as AC said, IMG are NOT allied to the Corsairs (BSG could use this small talk too..), they are neutral/friendly because of common enemies.

But also, the TT are just acting out of order. You can ask the TBH. TT has been cap whoring, attacking everyone, and even attacking people smuggling their artifacts for them.

But you are wrong on some things as well.. IMG are NOT hostile to the BHG. Your also wrong about Red Hessians. I'm starting to get sick of people who keep stacking up enemies when their own NPC faction says otherwise.

Also, your not enemies of Red Hessians, but I'm willing to give you this one, as they are criminals. However, it does NOT say you can shoot BHG. They are lawfuls.

And the brunt of this.. Your ID says you cannot participate in military operations.. So no attacking ANYONE, only self-defense for you bud.
