Is it true the blood dragons wont change at all even in the next mod update?

I'm not sure why you lot talk about going against Kishiro as if it was something new. Since the .86 version was implemented, Dragons had refused government's and by extension Kishiro's offer to cease fighting, thus throwing the KNF against them as it's been happening ever since this mod was out, ye?

Pretty much what AD said, though it has to be said that Dragons' main appeal isn't pirating (GC and AFA there, hello), so no new bases are going to fix the situation either.

Perhaps the GMG withdraw their support after seeing the current government succeed in taking a position closer to their own, which in turn leads the Dragons to pirate much more in order to keep at its current level? I dunno, just thinking here.
