Is it true the blood dragons wont change at all even in the next mod update?

Because in 4.83, the playerbase asked for it. Or so I'm told. I wasn't even around back then. And people get pissy when you start taking away toys, always do. As for Gallia, the current setup is bad, but salvagable. Since it's not possible to delete bases or systems physically from the mod once they are in (corrupts characters when you do it) we'll have to make due. Another reason why I don't like -more- bases, since you can never get rid of them.
