Mister Nagata stood, watching the lesser man Armin like a hawk. There were certainly plans in place should the Naval Forces not be... co-operative... as had been indicated by persons elsewhere.
"If you desire an escort it shall be made. We will have a ship available for your service. Once your ship is in Oita we shall make the arrangements necessary to get it out of the country. By whatever means." He paused, and adjusted his tie.
"That is to say, Admirals Nagata and Gitsune may not prove co-operative. But, as this is a Samura Corporate Venture and not one involving official Naval Forces property, they shall have little legal impetus to act on."
He then handed a small data-card to Armin, containing, among other things, the locations of a relevant bank account in the Bank of New Tokyo.
"I will ask you to deposit our 'payment', before I can commit to any further action. Once that is done we shall set things in motion."
