No cloaks - no tactics.
If you dont want use cloaks in fight - this is mean,that you dont like some kind of strategy.
I have proposition to remove all guns from ships,then we will fight.Why not?

This is kinda "not use missiles" or "not use forward gun".Or fight without shields,because its regens.
im against it.

Open all weapons and equip which is in game.

If you NEED to use a cloak vote yes, and don't participate if this event doesn't support it, no need to Q_Q it's just an event.

And for the rest Thunderer made it pretty clear that it should be a Cap battle, exept for that one Snub.
