Not sure about that, balance wise. A BretDestroyer can live for quite some time under the fire of 1 valor, 1 cruiser, 2 bombers. hell, this thing can partially evade Secondaries from 950 metres.

And yes, most of the Valors out there have no chaince against TSing dunkirks. I can take a pro Dunkirk in a Connecticut non-cruise duel, but that won't work well in fleet combat.

Well, at least it'll be a good balance test, if Dunkirks will be good ones (and with HMS-Iron.Duke, there's already 1 pro Dunkirk)
