Its not just about making trades in Gallia even if you go to t31 to try dock on img base you will be killed instantly, since a RN BS is like 1k away. Whale is already limited with no house docking we couldn't dock in their systems anyways then.
I was just surprised about t31 situation thats why I've tried the bribe in the first place.
