srs dude, wtf? Gallia and SCRA against Brets? in what part of your mind you got that? right now SCRA helping Brets in their war against GRN when they can. Dunno what sort of SCRA/GRN NAP is that can be.

not to tell that Save Heaven said: Im in SCRA| almost a year, and I started to learn its lore and way of doing stuff even earlier. so I DO know what do SCRA doing, why it doing it, who was in charge for whatever and whereever. and I definitly know what Im talking about. ok? ok.
