Official faction ships in Connecticut

As on training inrply.....well, if i want to train iwant to train. And it just happens that there is no training partner there or, like in my case you don't want to train against sair snail ships but proper tactics to use against ingame enemies...

Training in Connecticut is no different than training in equally ooRP guard system. After all, this is space shooter, moreover, recently it's more PvP than RP server.

How about RP'ing Conn to be a training simulation, instead of a "system"?
And why should guard systems be ooRP?
