Is it true the blood dragons wont change at all even in the next mod update?

Where i can use /pimpship commad for bd char i try in tau 63(all stations), kyoto, okinawa (all stations) but i cant find anywhere?

And if possible for change bdragons:
(Just ideas)

1. tau 63 is empty system and you cant do there any misions what is bad realy(maybe bug) and then must travel back to chungoku(what is ok not far but realy low money misions)and long way to omicron mu to do there bs misions . If possible can u put there too some misions just better misions for gunboats and cruisers maybe with more money? And if possible to get guard rep only in guard system and when u got normal affilation in chungoku that players are netral ofc with bd guard?

2.If is possible can u put more stations in chungoku i mean dragons are realy too much years there and they have only 1 base in the home system?? (maybe 2 more with wepons platforms) maybe some GMG base there and GC base ?

3.Maybe can u put some sort of mining field some ores(not crapy ores somting what just dragons have) in chungoku or somewhere else in bd systems i know that bds ARE NOT corporation but theyr allys GMG Are right that GMG have somting more from bds (that will be only for gmg ofc on begining the rest by by )

4. Wy tahoku system empty all time? Can u put some npcs i mean much more not only 4 npc vhf? I mean players dont scare that.Maybe some fleets of gunboats with fighters too(wild, nomads bds) and that they fight eachother ofc but attack players too who is enemy to them. Good for players escorts for fun hunt nomads and wilds

5.That dragons got more systems maybe 2 more in that system put there that bds can buy traders or somting dunno i mean too long dragons have 2 systems only.They attack and attack and they got hmm noting ?

OR U DECIDE ALREADY TO DELETE FACTION ?
