In fact, everyone can use its own customized starspheres, textures, effects, without triggering the anti-cheat.
Me, I'm currently using some stuff from the mod SWWT, and some other random planet textures, I've found somewhere.
Even ship models and effects can be changed. Though I'm not sure how the anti-cheat engine reacts on those. Therefore, I've stopped tuning them.

Anyways, it'd be awesome, if someone is working on some selfmade stuff for Discovery.
