I still suggest using a /restart command which only works on freeports and costs as much as the ship package.
Every freeport will be able to sell any civvy snub. If you want a roc, just get a ship there with $6,353,130 on it and /buy roc. It will kick you just like using /restart and when you come back, you have the roc.
Works just like the restart command. Only issue is that any rep you had on the ship before is lost.
