I dont see the BPA Guard bases Only bases selling ships are listed. BPA guard bases do not have ship dealers, so they're unlisted. Also: Poole is bumped to a standard system
Police factions can fly cruisers, and their guard systems should sell them so that the players dont have to rep military guard No. If police factions nheeeeed a cruiser, they can ask the military. Since both factions are usually allied, there's no real issue there..
DSE should sell mining ships. Maybe swap the Hegemon from Planet Denver with the Havoc MkII on Planet Pittsburgh. That would put the Ageira civilian bomber on a civilian station near their HQ too. Good idea. *todo list*
Not really understanding the civ ship distribution patterns. You have the Roc in a cluster at Kepler, Alabama, and Colorado... Ames could handle all of the sales for Liberty and Kusari, and Freeport 1 could handle them for Rheinland and Bretonia, then you could remove it from the half-dozen other sale points and free up those slots for things that make more sense to those factions. More or less randomised. I kinda went by "civvy ships available as much as possible, to all the 4 houses". Not always possible.
Why is planet Primus selling BWT snubs?
okay why are the Wild bases selling CTE ships and GRN Lynx? 'Cause they asked for civvy ships for covert-y business near Bretland. Since the Wilde are sleighted to stir trouble between Bretonia and Gallia, I figured giving them a GRN and Bret snub wouldn't be a bad idea either. With all the fighting going on, there's bound to be a few snubbies that go "missing" and end up under Wilde covert control. 's setting the faction up for a RP angle.
A few people have said that they like to fly the mk1 ships sometimes, which is why I suggested continuing to sell them but move them to a guard system where newbs wouldnt find them easily. Unlawful guard factions and house police guard factions are easy to bribe for rep, but you have to know to do it. So the weakest ships become the hardest to get? Sense, it does not make any.
