You mentioned SSC outpost base-"Planet Junyo in the Shikoku system".

KNF and the whole Kusari, is still very strictly connected with the old samurai code, they are very jealous with regard to any "foreign" interference in their (our) home,was that the base is in an open space or on the planet. Therefore, as a member of the 66th Division KNF, (science division), I suggest you before opening any serious RP with SSC, contacting KNF HQ or 66th Division, in order to avoid problems.
