Greetings, fellow Colonials; this is Warrant Officer S. Johnsons reporting from Falkland with regards from our guild allies.
I was called on duty yesterday afternoon, hearing about some pirates engaging IMG members. I soon came to assist the guild but, unfortunately, i found myself again entering yet another battle against the SR, called "Raiders". Even so, it was fruitful enough. With the aid of a fellow pilot of a Nyx-class ship, we took down some of them, one by one, yet the last quickly fled to Cali.
Later the same day, along with W.O. Mark Freytag, we went on a patrol mission towards, and within, the Orkney System. The flight was filled with fun chatter and, luckily, mostly empty of contacts but we did encounter a Gallic Navy gunboat on our way back. Given we didn't have the necessary firepower to hold against it and no other forces were available at the time, we avoided it and came back to Tau 39.
Last night, though, we had yet another encounter with the Raiders, who apparently were annoying the Java residents. I, along with W.O.s M. Freytag, V. Remadus, A. Reeder and B. Costanza, under the command of special agent Sage from the 17th, engaged the large number of pirates that was swarming against the IMG pilots. Later within the fight, a nomad also seemed to have joined and aided the pirates, but it soon vanished just as it came. Still, after quite the dance, our forces began to push into the enemy hulls and with the help of a freelancer hired by the IMG, Silver Reaver, we took down 6 of them while the rest of the pirates fled.
I assume the battle left me weary, but everything brings more experience in life.
Good luck onwards! Johnsons, out.

Hi there, W.O. Marcus here.
Had quite the run yesterday… First off, as I came by the Freelancer’s hub, I ended up bumping into a pirate and a freelancer arguing about something… didn’t quite get it at first but it seems it was about nomads. One of them, (SR tagged, seemed to be either crazy, either as the freelancer said “infected”. Then again, the pirate tried to engage us in the end and since he proved to be better skilled I had to evade and luckily an allied cruiser came to help. The sad part is that we were soon outnumbered, as the damn pirate called about 5 or 6 CGS marked pirates to help him, or get him some cardamine refill. So we had to retreat.
Funny though, I still think the freelancer might have been right, I managed to look into the scan records and the said pirate did have some kind of nomad technology aboard his ship.
Alright, I’m done. See you later in space.
