If you're talking about the ingame "chat macros" (created using the /setmsg command) that we have online by default; just type /l followed my the setmsg number without a space in between - "/l1", for example - to send the message to local chat instead of system chat. You can also use setmsgs in group chats by using /g followed by the setmsg number.
