The corridor ended with a set of doors quite different from the set in the office wing, more decorative and ornate.
"How far back in history does this doorway take us? Judging by the finery Don Esteban was a man of great wealth who wanted everyone to know about it."
He laughed lightly as the pair approached the entrance of the main building.
