Oh, why bother? Heck, there's some Liberty Navy guys running around with a Mako or Bullhead or some such stuff. No one bothers to ask us anymore about buying our stuff - they simply come steal it because the way the rules changed, we can't do squat about it anyway.

(I'm halfway considering simply taking one of my BHG characters in and buying an RM battleship - which I could do - and then taking it to Liberty, and enlisting in the Liberty Navy by buying a Navy Guard ID - which I could do. The new tech stuff rules hurt official factions a lot.)
Or you could call the police, so the BPA will arrest him for theft, rather than pay him. I've already arrested several people for flying tech without permission.
The new rules didnt hurt official factions, it just meant they had to RP rather than get the admins to fix things for them.
