Octavian Investors (Pre Foundation members) sent surveyors and explorers to the Tau's.

Explorers discover a Jump hole in Tau 37. They called it "Octav" from the month of Fall - Harvest. There, on the other side, they found a large asteroid rich in minerals.

Octav has distant home star, has 2 nebula's and 1 asteroid field. It has one access jump hole created by the pulls of energy between Tau 37 and Lorriane System. It has been uncharted since. Plans to establish a Mining complex Began.

The Octavian Investors moves refugees and slaves to Octav system.

Construction began in 656AS with 40,000 refugees on the Mining complex called "Mineral Complex Zuel"

Octavian Investors and friends of the Octavian Investors came together to form controls over Sirius markets. Not only markets, but also governments and local governments. The group renamed themselves as "Foundation."

Foundation grants the Mineral Complex Zuel to construct a bigger colony, separate from MCZ. The Colony Project is dubbed "Sunken City." Construction begins a year later.
