To Admin: Help Moving JD

Dear Supreme Admin Peoples,

Well, I have a fancy Jump Drive Module Series II on my OC Dread, one:
MNS-Orden's.Fury

I bought it to go on my Zoner Carrier:
The.PeaceMaker

I am having a horrible time moving it myself... I can't say I understand the subtle points of moving it through POB, but I have been told I need Base Admin privileges?

Frankly, I just can't figure out how to get the unequiping JD from one ship to the other. Could you please tell me how I can do this? Or, if you are feeling benevolent, move the JD for me?

Should you move it for me I will sing your praises far and wide! There shall be hilltops filled with oh so many praises!

p.s. why is it that these things (JD HM) can not be unequiped?
