Keep in mind, that you need to roleplay, not just shoot criminals without a word. Preferably tell them, why they will die by your hands.
There are special targets who worth more than 'indie" ones, for example Phate in Liberty.
After the succesfull attack, just upload your screenshots and make a bounty submission as Jammi said before.
