I've signed up for the Liberty Bounty Board, what next?

Yup. If you look at the actual bounty board itself, you'll see which targets are specified. Some bounty boards will have entire factions bounties - so for example, Liberty has the Liberty Rogues blanket bountied, which means anything with that ID is a valid target. As a mercenary or bounty hunter, you can hunt anybody that is specified on the board. Just make sure you're hostile to them first (if they're a part of a NPC faction, i.e. Lane Hackers or Outcasts, don't worry if they're generic - freelancer, pirate, etc).

There are also specific bounties based on ship names, which you can alternately look for. The majority of the money you'll make will be from blanket bounties though. Once you've made a kill, just make sure to upload evidence of their identity and their death and post it into the bounty board thread. The board owners will wire the funds to you when they pay the next batch.
