Well now that you've successfully signed up, your ready to go.
Check this link http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=64110 here you can see what target Liberty pays for. Some are just within Liberty, some are Sirius wide. You'll need screens of their ID and ship type (can be done in 1 screen) and a timestamped screen of death message.
I advice you to look through other people's posts to claim bounties, there you'll see all that you need to do it right. But makes sure you don't break any server rules and RP etc.
