» Instruction on requesting transfer:

Each member of the Red Hessian Army is required to have the rank of (at least) Leutnant before filing their transfer request to Spezialoperationsabteilung, and the process of requesting the transfer itself consists of three simple steps:

1. Requesting your promotion to Leutnant Here.
   
2. Spending at least 2 active weeks as Leutnant within the Red Hessian Army.
   
3. Filling & posting the template provided in the last section of this post in this thread as your transfer request.
   

Even though this thread is checked on regular basis by the members of SOA command, notifying us over skype after you post in this thread would definitely speed up the process.

» Things you need to know before you request transfer:

There are a series of inter-group regulations and restrictions within SOA. If your transfer request is approved, you will have to follow these restrictions and will not be able to transfer your character back to regular RHA, so before you request this transfer, make up your mind and be sure you actually want this transfer.

• You can choose whether you want to transfer your current char to SOA, or make a new one.
  
  1. In case of transferring the RHA char to SOA, you will have to make a new character for regular RHA activites, and you will get to keep your current rank on both chars.
     
  2. In case of making a new char for SOA and keeping your old char in RHA, you will have to provide posted biography of the character on Wiki/Forums upon requesting this transfer, and regardless of your rank in RHA, you will start as Leutnant in SOA.

• Progress of your RHA and SOA characters will be independent from this point on, and you will have to work for each of their promotions separately.
  
• You will have to stay active on your regular RHA, and cannot focus on flying your SOA character only.
  
• You will be restricted to Hessian and Civilian ships again until your next promotion in SOA.
  
• Progressing through the ranks will not be as easy or fast anymore, you will have to actually work for it.
  
• You have to understand you are joining a group, which takes a major part in RHA's forum roleplays.
  
• Natter Odin is the standard ship for SOA, any other ship or gear would need high command's approval, so if we feel you're trying to join because of certain shiny toys, you may get in, but you will not get the toys.

At any point of time since 2 weeks after your promotion to Leutnant in regular [RHA] you are free to file your request using the following template for your transfer to SOA:
