Junker missions (vs xenos) lower Junker Guard Rep?

[Huhuh]

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, or if there's some rep hack against a faction I'm good with. I did Junker missions (only against xenos) from Rochester for several hours last night.. my Junker Guard rep starts to move a little, then goes back to dead neutral...

I did finally get some weapons from a freeport (and really have no desire to get anything like a razor or whatnot from the base, just annoyed I can't figure this out.. Off to try some more missions...

Do you have a Junker ID?

I'm guessing you've got an ID that rep hacks you neutral (every time you undock) to Junker guard.
