As one of RFPs, I'm going to agree with my Bretonia and Libery colleagues.
On the other hand, I'd like to tell you having capital ship behind you won't save you anyways. Even if you manage to contact police offier on duty, it's likely you'll be destroyed quite fast. Space is dangerous, pirates don't like to waste their time usually.

It's also important to keep in mind usually police forces are allowed to use Rocs only, while usage of military equipment might be quite restricted.

Yet, I believe my fellows at RFP and me can offer you scouting service if you feel nervous and paranoid about pirates, just ask for it.
