Police is not helping

I think is not a problem of ID or rules but a how we all as a players use it, we cannot ask constant modifications to make every time more restriced rules while at the same time, we as a group of players, don't do too much for improve it. That is a general reflection.

A little more on topic there are several issues to have in mind when it comes to RP with Police but also with most factions via contact list:

In all factions there's people with more RP skills and less. Also even the best RP player can have a bad day, or a player that is new in RP can have an inspired one. I think we cannot jugde a group for a 1, 2, or even 5 meetings.

About police players not responding, it can be, as mentioned before, due to that player is not a RP one but also cause he's busy helping other players, he's out of keyboard for real life issue, etc...
Someone pointe to the paying them with money in order to get their attention, i think that even this is not necesary if you "pay them with nice RP" they will in general respond good. Of course you can pay them with RP and money at the same time if you want.

Also, about the "pirates should tax harder" to make police/escorts more atractive and needed, I cannot be more agreed, since i'm the first one who when plays as a pirate is afraid to generate frustation to the other player, making police and escorts less atttractive since my taxes are "soft". My fault, i'll try to change it ( i have upgraded my freighter cargo pirate ship to a battle transport in order to cargopirate more units )
