I might sound harsh but this thread looks to me like: "I want a cruiser to shoot anything I want. What!? I have to RP? And I can shoot only in some systems? OMG! AI is useless."
You interpreted me all wrong.Yes blowing stuff up is a lot of fun but if you read all my posts I have mentioned I would like to rp and it's the reason I'm choosing the ai's to begin with. Because they seem to have the most interesting rp aspect. Yes bounty hunting or mercenary would be fun I do like combat but I can use other ships and factions for that.
Im not worried about shooting in certain systems rather then being allowed in them period. I don't want to waste what money I have on a ship that I wont be able to travel in. I like exploring and the AI seem like the perfect faction to do it in. I was just worried the cruiser wouldn't be able to do that due to not being able to have large military ships in certain factions systems.
