The LPI, inRP is supposed to be an organization rife with corruption, stemming from the fact that inRP LPI is a BUSINESS, a CORPORATION. They are NOT a government entity like RFP or BPA. They don't all have to be dirty cops, but if they choose to be so, it's welcomed, as they're supposed to be plagued by corruption inRP.

As for the Navy ID? I don't see anything that gives Navy players the ability to act like "Corrupt power tripping asshats" as you called them.

I see an ID that basically outlines their role, and gives them the ability to eliminate people who won't cooperate with their orders...which is perfectly reasonable.
