Is it possible change roles of ID?
I see that police/military of any faction are really not helping any trader they more like busy with asking tax for i don`t know what and why. For me police are same as pirate but just in uniforms.

And specifically to answer your question - if you wish to CHANGE an ID, that has to be done through the dev (short for development) team. They are a group of people who are following through with the original works of Alex (Igiss, the actual mod creator) to continue things here. So to CHANGE the wording on an ID, you'd have to go through them.

There are issues with attempting to change an ID - specifically the established lore / canon behind the ID. As an example, in Star Wars mythos and canon, the Jedi Knights are pretty established. If we were playing a game with Jedi Knights and you decided you didn't want them to be Force-using, laser sword swinging paragons of good, but wanted them instead to all become lesbian truck drivers named Butch (or Ryoken... (sorry!)) - you'd run into issues.

That's what you're dealing with here - the Liberty Police specifically aren't the typical police you think about when you consider police. BPA, RFP. and KSP are more typical police due to the relationship those organizations have with their governments. The Liberty Police, Incorporated is a PRIVATE company, with their officers not directly answerable to the government - unlike the other houses. They are a for profit organization with union rules - so if you need their help, they may make you pay for it. That's the reason their ID is written the way it is - to help you realize that they're not the policeman on the corner, helping old ladies cross the street. They're the policeman on the corner busting out your tail light with his nightstick so he can slap a vehicle violation fine on you. While they MAY help the old lady across the street, chances are they want some fresh baked cookies for their trouble.

If you want to PLAY an LPI that's not that way - that wants to run around helping everyone, then go ahead. No one is stopping you - because you can still do that under the ID. Just don't expect other people to do so because you want to - it's not the way the organization as a whole rolls.
