Although I have no idea what you even said in the above post, here's my two cents after which I'm going to avoid this thread like the plague,

The LPI is a company. It exists to make money. Sometimes, it might just be so that an officer can make more money by fining civilians for unknowingly flying an illegal ship than they could by blowing up that persistent pirate down the lane.

Now, being useless would be poor roleplay. After all, why would the Liberty Government allow the company to stay in business, then? For this reason, most LPI players are still going to blow up that pirate at some point. Just.. maybe not as quickly as your friendly neighborhood Navy pilot.

Now, as for capital ships in house space.. I've said this before in this thread, I believe: letting in a foreign capital ship is like Japan letting China "sail" an aircraft carrier into their territorial waters. Not going to happen.

Even more importantly, you're flying a Bounty Hunters' Guild CORE capital ship. Please, read up on the lore of that specific branch of the Guild. They're not around to save defenseless civilians by bringing their ships of war into house space. They have entirely different motivations. This is why it makes absolutely no sense to use these ships outside of the edge worlds, and that's why the ID you're supposed to be using says "Can't go into systems with a jumpgate".
