Uhm, there is a slim chance the lawful character could have ties with the criminal elements, order them to selectively unleash their wrath. It certainly isn't unheard of of coppers here in Greece.
But if we're talking about eg. a Gallic Lawful with a Rogue (id est minimal interaction, I think), then it's completely ooRP.
