Dude, I'll write again because you are stucked at that certain point: your second show up (the fleeing) and your destruction took maybe less than a minute, nothing more.

Based on the messages in our skype chat, we were engaged with the K'Hara for 10 minutes, minimum.

*sighs* Do I really have to write it again? I wasn't talking about the whole battle, but the fleeing. It was quite a short battle from our perspective because the main fight was took at another place, not near the spaceport.

Anyway, this is not going anywhere. Bringing this whole situation into ooRP grudges doesn't really care me. As Narcotic said, solve it inRP and my char will face the consequences, after all it's just a game and should be treated as such.
