Forum and game server status update

[Cannon]

The game server suffered a melt down earlier. Repairs have been completed and normal service has resumed.

The forum also failed, in part due to the game server melt down, in part due to a ddos and part due to mediawiki being a retarded resource hog.

The wiki will be offline until I've finished hitting it with a hammer. This will likely take a day or so. The forum should work okay now that the wiki is offline.
