It`s same for outcast they can`t gank zoner.
And why make up things witch are against server rules.
Here the point are you authorize to do what ever you want doing RP!

I'll go line by line:
-Outcasts don't have any friendly relation with Zoners, and since they are outlaws/pirates, they are free to pirate Zoners (as well as any other faction group) unless stated by the Outcast Laws (which are not the Server Laws, and can be violated freely with ingame RP consequences only). Now, a direct attack towards Zoners is unlikely, except if there is a reason to do so (and entering nomad territory is a reason, as stated by Outcast Laws)
-I am unable to see where I said anything against server rules. Please tell me the exact part, and the rule that would be breaking.
-Server rules aren't as restrictive as you think. And you are no victim here, you should know there are risks when entering Nomad lands. Or you actually wanted nomads to watch you farm and leave you alone? Or Outcasts or SR to sit idle when you enter forbidden space?
