There's almost no rules so the server will be governed by who ever can enforce there rules. This server will be dangerous and deadly and only the those who can look after them self's will survive. This is a harsh environment and is player governed.ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
General Rules 1. No f1'ing while interacting with other players. Anti f1'ing is turned on.
2. No using game exploits
3. No bad language
4. No cheating or moding
Player Base Rules 1. player bases can not be off the map however they can be off the plain but by no more than 100km. <--- this does not apply for system claim bases. see system ownership forum for more details.
Server Changes Anti F1'ing is turned on

System Ownership & Claiming
This is going to be easy and simple.
Any clan no matter the size can claim and own systems. If you are not strong enough to protect it you will most likely loose it to hostile's that are stronger or more skilled.
System Claiming Heres how it is done
Step 1. Claim your system by building a base. The base must not be off the map or off the plain the base must be named Clan Tag - system name so like this eg. <[Clan]> - New York or what ever system you are claiming.
Step 3. Well that's it you own it unless some one else already has there tagged clan base there in witch case that system is now contested until one of the clan bases is removed.
You can build other bases where ever you want but when you build a claiming base it must follow the instructions above.
