Freedom of RP is good, restriction based on different player bias is no good. If I RP a steal, lemme steal the damn thing. It ain't like the owning faction can't bring the same ship to kill me, with better guns and no nerf for that matter.

Learn to get along with the faction(s) that own the tech you want to use. If your RP is to be ass, then there should be appropriate in-RP response available. You are asking to have your "RP" while denying it to others. lrn2rp

FR5 needs a reason. You need to be doing something wrong to get one.

Get along with them or fly civilian ships, simple as that.
