Awesome gaming PC?

Based on all those leaks for next Xbox and what's known about PS4 I'd say you can upgrade safely enough. For what it's worth both next-gen consoles are simply customized and locked down x86 machines and neither seem to have specs above what you can get for a reasonably priced high-end PC. The good thing coming out of all this is that games will be easier to develop for consoles and PC, they all share same architecture and no more custom hardware such as PS3 CPU. Apple moved from PowerPC to x86 long time ago and now two main console makes jump as well. It all comes back to PC :-)
