Sirs, I beg your pardon for tapping to your frequencies, but I believe the subject at hand is important enough. While flying through New Berlin the other day, I overheard a conversation in open communications frequencies between one Rheinland Military vessel and a known Hessian cruiser. I never got into scanners range, but I know that is a Hessian cruiser, because one of our men helped fight that vessel recently.

Apparently the two vessels' commanders were peacefully discussing each other's loadouts. Understanding that vessel not to belong to your organization's inner circle, but a rogue ship, I allowed myself to break protocol and radio silence and tossed a sarcastic line about the absurdity of what I was witnessing to see how they reacted. I was ignored. Since I had more pressing business at the time, I moved on.

Before leaving the system, one statement made by the Hessian cruiser's commander captured my attention. It sounded very odd and I can only imagine it was related to some other subject they were discussing before I arrived there. I've highlighted that phrase in the logs I'm sending you.

Please accept this as a token of our gratitude to the RM for allowing us passage through Rheinland during this ban. Again, forgive me for using your general frequencies for this, but I considered it wise to make this information available to you as fast as possible.
